Forty years ago my mother Frances, after realizing my interest
in the food industry came to me and said wouldn’t it
be great if you had your own restaurant called Paul
Anthony’s. After working in the business for 38
years, I was able to fulfill my mother’s dream of
opening my own restaurant and calling it Paul
Anthony’s. Earlier this year, my wife Cecelia and I
opened Paul Anthony’s Ristorante in lovely Lynbrook
After hard work, determination and the support of
my wonderful staff, we have had nothing but praise
and support from the town, both old and new
customers and most of all my family.
Due to unforseen circumstances Paul Anthony's will be closed for a few weeks.Thanks for the wonderful response
